Wheeling Towards Success (WTS) is South Africa’s specialist in disability inclusion.

We deliver a full suite of accredited and non-accredited entrepreneurial skills-development courses and comprehensive Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) solutions – all tailored for people with disabilities.

But staying competitive means staying current. That’s why we’re introducing a new generation of AI-driven programmes and tools:

• Accessible AI toolkits for entrepreneurs – from business-planning chatbots to market-analysis dashboards, designed with inclusive interfaces.

• AI-infused learning pathways that teach digital fluency, prompt-engineering, and data-driven decision-making alongside core business skills.

• Smart ESD support that pairs suppliers with AI-powered forecasting and inventory tools, helping them scale faster and compete globally.

Our mission remains unchanged: to bridge the gap for young people facing unemployment, skill shortages, or limited opportunities because of disability or difficult life circumstances. Now we do so with the added leverage of cutting-edge technology that is reshaping the world of work.
